Free Water Test
We arrive with a full test kit — pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity if saltwater. You see the numbers before we touch anything.
Glass & Substrate Clean
Magnetic scraper on every pane, gentle vacuuming of the substrate, algae removed from rocks without disturbing livestock.
Water Change & Dose
Partial water change with dechlorinated or salt-mixed water, followed by targeted dosing to restore parameters to ideal range.
Equipment Check
Filter media inspection, powerhead flow test, heater calibration, skimmer tune. We flag anything that needs replacing before it fails.
